All scoring will be written on the Safety Qualification Form, along with the instructor’s observations. A final result of PASS or FAIL will be recorded.

The final result and instructor observations will be reviewed with the candidate at the conclusion of the evaluation. Note: Repeated muzzle or trigger finger violations will result in a qualification failure.  Pointing a firearm at the instructor, another candidate, or at oneself will result in an immediate failure.
